Contact enquiries
We use your name, email and message to respond to your enquiry. Organisation and telephone are optional. Your request is kept in restricted website records, shared with info@movera.global through the configured email service, and an acknowledgement is sent to your email. The proposed basis is responding to legitimate business enquiries or, where applicable, steps you request before a contract. You do not need to accept optional media.
Privacy requests
We use your email, request type and explanation to review your request and contact you about it. Name is optional. A restricted case is created; receipt does not mean records have been disclosed, changed or erased. We may ask for proportionate verification later, never as an automatic initial identity-document requirement. This processing supports applicable legal rights and accountability.
Browsing and choices
Hosting services receive network information needed to deliver and protect the website. Device preferences are described in the Cookie policy. Optional third-party videos and maps remain off until enabled in Cookie preferences. No analytics or advertising integration is configured in the application code; hosting-added event behavior on the existing public deployment still requires review. There are currently no published embedded videos or maps.
How to exercise rights
Use Privacy requests for access, correction, erasure, withdrawal, objection, portability, restriction or another privacy concern, or email info@movera.global. Cookie preferences lets you change or withdraw optional media permission immediately. Applicable rights and deadlines are explained in the Privacy policy. Supplier locations, transfer safeguards, approved retention and staff ownership remain under review; this notice does not invent assurances about them.
